Slovenia passport photo: a photo you take yourself can be submitted
The rule looks at the finished photo, not at where it was taken. That is a rule an app can meet.

What we checked
- No requirement to be photographed at the office or consulate.
- No requirement to use a designated or approved studio or booth.
- No requirement to print the studio name and address on the photo.
