主管機關怎麼說
La photo doit être prise par un professionnel habilité ou dans une cabine utilisant un système agréé par le ministère de l’intérieur. … Le fond doit être uni, de couleur claire (bleu clair ou gris clair par exemple). Le fond blanc est interdit.
