The sheet is built in millimetres and saved at 300 pixels per inch, so a 4 × 6 in sheet comes out 1200 × 1800 pixels and each photo lands at its published physical size. 300 PPI is this tool's output setting, not a government rule — no document in our verified source data publishes a DPI figure.
Print it at 100% with page scaling and “fit to page” turned off. Any scaling your printer applies changes the physical size and the photos will no longer match the published measurement. If your photo is not the same shape as the target size, a plain rectangular crop is taken from the middle; the two sliders move it. It does not find your face.
