Go to a commercial photographer or photo studio to have your photo taken. … be taken in person by a commercial photographer or photo studio … We don’t accept photos printed at home or on heavyweight paper. … On the back of 1 of the photos: the photographer must clearly write or stamp the date the photo was taken, name and complete address of the photo studio.
