What is specific to this document

  • Vietnam does not use the same photo size for every document. This one is 30×40 mm, but the passport, visa and work permit photo is 40×60 mm, so a print made for that one will be rejected here.
  • At 700 KB this is the tightest upload limit of the 2 Vietnam documents we cover, so a file that passed for another one may still be too large here.
  • The authority sets a maximum file size but does not publish a pixel size, so the dimensions are your decision. Compress from a full-resolution photo rather than shrinking the picture until it fits.

Checked against the issuing authority’s own published material. Requirements change without notice — confirm before you submit.
